Become a sponsor for the LIVE and Virtual Runs 2023

By becoming a sponsor your business will be part of the LIVE and VIRTUAL runs.

This section has the sponsor sign up sheet for the LIVE run.  Since we can only upload one document......the next section has the category descriptions followed by a third section that outline the VIRTUAL sponsorship description.

Our event has been a consistent part of the running scene and the community for 42 years. We consistently drew more than a 1,000 participants annually in our live run BC (before covid) and 900 in 2021, not to mention the supporting crowds and volunteers, plus our virtual runners . The Kiwanis Foundations of Dunedin dba the Kiwanis Midnight Run for tax deductions.

This year our LIVE run will take place in front of Frenchy's Outpost Bar and Grill.

If for some reason the live run is cancelled for reasons beyond our control.....we will shift to the virtual run and your sponsorship will be honored in the 2024 LIVE run as well.

The live runs are on Dunedin Causeway.  The 10K run turns around in Honeymoon Island.  July 3rd will have a full moon!  The course will have lanterns and directional signs, but we recommend that you bring a head light to improve your visibility for the bridges.  Bug spray is also suggested.  Honeymoon Island is a beautiful natural park.

In case of another pandemic situation, you will have the option of going virtual OR defer your registration to July 3, 2023.  Sorry no refunds.

For our virtual runners, the opening date for the virtual runs is Monday, June 26, 2023 through Monday, July 3, 2023 and we are happy to announce that we have teamed up with RaceJoy. It's an app for your smartphone that will make it far easier to track and submit your run. Click on RaceJoy if you want more information and instructions. In summary, download the app, search for your race, follow the prompts for proper set up, and carry your phone during your run.

Our timer, Endurance Sports Management, has confirmed that you can run anywhere.  You can either run the distance and post results to the registration site or use the RaceJoy app on your cell phone to auto submit.  If using RaceJoy:   Once you complete the distance of the event, it will auto complete and then send the result to the registration site under results.  Of course, anyone can run and use their watches, etc., then just submit it manually below.
